When creating an event for your team, you can also add a 'Fee' to the event (e.g. for matchday fees, or social event payments)
This is a really convenient way to efficiently collect payments from everyone attending a certain event
To do this, add a fee when creating the event, and this fee will then be displayed on the event card for team members to see
After the event has happened, tap on the event, then tap the three dots in the top right corner, then tap 'Payments'
Here, you can select all the members who attended the event. Then tap 'Submit' to send them all a payment request
They will then receive a push notification requesting them to pay, and they'll be able to view the payment request in their Team Hub 'Payments' tab, and pay instantly via Apple/Google Pay or with a card
To set up a card to pay with on Clubbie, users can head to their profile, tap their profile picture in the top left corner, tap 'Billing and payments', tap 'My cards', and then add their payment card details
As a team admin, head to the 'Payments' tab to view a breakdown of all your due payments and past payments. You can also tap on any individual payment to view details, send a payment reminder, and delete the payment
