Connecting your team's bank account with Clubbie

We've partnered with Stripe to provide a fast and secure payments experience in the app

Connect your team's bank account so that you're able to receive and track payments from your team members

To do this, head to the Team Hub, tap the Settings icon, then tap 'Connect bank account'

You'll then be sent to Stripe so that you can fill in your details

Enter your email address, name, DOB, address & phone number

Select 'Other membership organisations' as your 'Industry'

Add a link to your website or one of your team's social media pages

Enter your sort code & account number

That's it! You'll now be able to receive payments from your team members seamlessly via Clubbie

• Please note, Stripe charges a 1.5% + 20p fee and Clubbie charges a 2% fee per transaction. These will be deducted from the payments before they reach your bank account, and we've included a fee calculator in the app so you know exactly how much you will receive!
