# Nudge members to select their availability for events

1. Go to the Team Hub ‘Events’ tab
    

 2. Find the event, then tap on the event card
    

 3. Here, you’ll find a breakdown of the Available, Unavailable, and Awaiting
    players
    

 4. To nudge an Awaiting player, simply tap the bell icon next to their name,
    and they’ll be sent a push notification reminding them to select their
    availability for the event
    

 5. You can also nudge all of the Awaiting players at once by tapping ‘Notify
    all’
    

 6. If needed, you can also amend a player’s availability on behalf of them by
    tapping the three dots next to their name, then either tapping ‘Mark as
    available’ or ‘Mark as unavailable’
