Giving minors access to their Clubbie account

If your child would also like access to their account on their own phone, this is possible in a few simple steps!

Go to your profile, scroll to the ‘Minors’ tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap ‘View details’

Tap on the three dots next to your minor’s name, then tap ‘Edit’

Here, either add an email address or phone number to their profile, then tap ‘Save’

Now, your minor can download the Clubbie app, and tap ‘I already have an account’

They should then either select ‘Continue with E-mail' or ‘Continue with Mobile number’ - depending on which one you added to their profile

Then, they should tap ‘Forgot password’ and follow the instructions to reset their password

Once they’ve created their new password, they can use it to log into their own account on Clubbie, where they’ll be able to make posts, edit their profile, access the Team Hub, select their availability for events, view their stats, and more!
