Adding a second parent

If you’re the existing parent on Clubbie, go to your profile, scroll to the ‘Minors’ tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap ‘View details’

Tap on the three dots next to your minor’s name, then tap ‘Edit’

Tap ‘Add guardian’ and enter their name and contact details

They’ll then receive an activation code via text/email, which they can use to claim their account by tapping ‘I have a code’ when they download the Clubbie app

If you’re a team admin and want to invite a second parent of a child who is not your minor, go to the ‘Members’ tab in the Team Hub, find the minor, and tap the three dots next to their name

Then, tap ‘Add another parent’ and enter their name and contact details

Same as above, they’ll then receive an activation code which they can use to claim their account

Meanwhile, the existing parent on Clubbie will receive a request to accept the new parent as a guardian for their minor on Clubbie – once they accept this, the new parent will become linked to the minor and join the team with the role ‘Parent’
